Every year on June 29th, Chapters, around
the world, of the Confraternity of the Knights of St. Peter and St. Paul celebrating the feast of our Patrons St. Peter and
St. Paul. Our Chapter celebrated the feast of our Patrons of St. Peter and St. Paul at St. James Roman Catholic Church, in
Vernon British Columbia, Canada.

Our
newly erected Chapter of British Columbia had its first investiture ceremony during mass at St. James Roman Catholic Church.
The
Rev. Fr. Dale Normandeau made a great homily about our patrons St. Peter and St. Paul. Father Dale presided on the ceremony
and anointed Chev. Rt.Hon. Guenter Alfred Rieger, Prior and Dame Regina Rieger in the Confraternity.
After the blessings of the medals Father Dale anointed Prior Chev. Rt.
Hon. Guenter Alfred Rieger and Dame Regina Rieger and both took the Solemn Vow of the Confraternity.
Solemn Vow:Upon the true faith of a Christian, may God witness that I herebydedicate myself as a servant to Him and
His People.As a Knight or Dame, I promise to imitate St. Peter and St. Paul in the true Christian values: tobe Honest, Humble
and Caring Leader of the community.I therefore ask God to send upon me the blessing of theHoly Spirit, to give me wisdom and
strength to serve Him and His people.In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.So help me God.Amen.....
After their Solemn Vow, the congregation
gave them, Chev. RT.Hon. Guenter Alfred Rieger, Prior and Dame Regina Rieger, an applause as a sign of admiration.

thanked Rev. Father Dale Normandeau and Deacon Paul Murphy for making this Celebration, the Feast of our Patrons St. Peter
and St. Paul, including the Investiture Ceremony, a very special one. "In today's time, when Christians around the world,
like in the early days of the Church, getting brutally killed about their Faith, it is most important that all Christians
and Catholic organizations are willing to protect and defend our faith."
